Gwenn was a founder of Wistar Group property management company in Omaha, Nebraska which manages 1,200+ doors which sold to Pure in 2021. Gwenn has a background in the healthcare industry and is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
Jeremy Aspen is the CFO of Anequim LLC, which he co-founded in 2016. Anequim LLC helps property management companies become more profitable through its various offerings including virtual assistants, 24/7 call center and accounting services. He also founded Omaha based property management company Wistar Group in 2006 and acted as its President until it sold to Pure in 2021. His career began in international supply chain, an industry that required methodical and precise execution of processes in order to deliver automotive, technology, manufacturing and retail throughout the world.
